earthenware, the front is tin-glazed; the reverse has thick, opaque, dark yellow lead-glaze. Height, whole, 7.5cm, diameter, rim, 39.5cm, circa 1500-1530. Renaissance. Possibly made by a member of the Masci family of Deruta.
